1) We will look at your Balance Sheet and the current Profit & Loss. Are the books current and timely? Are they set-up correctly? What is Prime Cost? Again, does something need to change?
2) We will discuss your Menu and Pricing and it's relation to volume. Do we need to change it? Priced right?
